I structure my practice around the old tradition of building on a strong foundation of Life Drawing, Portrait and Figure Sculpture and developing forms within a Series.
They can be as brief as a few weeks or as enduring as a decade, or more. Each series will be centred around a theme or motif; an important issue or a personal reflection that will shape how each sculpture in the series is made. Specific music is used to hold the theme.
