The abstracted figures of the Musings series are introspective and peaceful. They were made during an intense 6 months just after I turned 50. It is unusual for me to work this small but it felt perfect at the time and making these was very grounding.
Made of beautiful, white Scarva Architectural clay they are all under 30cm. The forms were developed over a clay armature of a proportional figure.
